I’m a lover of Street Art, having snapped a few beauties by the likes of Banksy, Eine and Stik, but I admit that the “jury is out” on what Creative Review calls “London’s largest mural” opposite the wonderful Renaissance Marriot at St P.
Apparently four street artists worked on it for two weeks. For months it looked like builders had put up scaffolding on a derelict building…for ages. No-one really could tell there was a luxury hotel (Megaro Hotel) or a rather nice eatery (Karpo) in the building behind the steel.
It stands out and is exciting, but it is a bit out of place and I’m just not sure how I feel about it…
What do you think?!
